Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for a video system upgrade at Hillcrest and Ridgemont (specifications attached). We received bids from one (1) company, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Edutech
Hillcrest – $5,645.00
Ridgemont – $5,645.00

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
